K&M Contracting has completed both a total replacement of our front porch and completely redoing a leaking flat roof. Even before the work was started the communication was excellent. I knew what work was going to be completed, the cost, and when it was to be completed. Any questions I had were answered promptly, professionally, and clearly. When it came time for the work to be accomplished, the crew was beyond professional. They took time to make sure I understood what was being done and they kept me informed along the way. The work turned out excellent and it gives our house a new look while also keeping the aesthetics of a 100 year old house. We expect to use K&M again for future work. They are a company that is reliable and professional from the top to bottom.
