Teens are especially vulnerable to feelings of insecurity as they strive to figure out who they are and how to belong. As an adolescent counsellor, our job is to support your teen while they work through this stage of life and develop adequate coping skills and insight that will serve them lifelong.

I highly recommend Jordyn to anyone in need of a listening ear and productive feedback. I have grown so much over the past 6 months while working with her, by setting my intentions to overcome obstacles I have been facing for 10+ years. I truly appreciate her presence and love that I am able to do sessions virtually. If you’re on the fence about therapy, do it. I am so thankful for my weekly sessions with her!

Togetherness Counseling has been amazing! I highly recommend this practice to someone who is looking for a new therapist, this is it! And I have had more than one therapist in the past. Tara is the best and I know how much she cares about her clients and practice and I know even if you don't see her that if she picked the other counselors on her team, they have to be good.
